Leon started dancing at the age of 4 and trained in different styles, such as Latin & Ballroom, Contemporary, Hip-hop, Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, and Acro. He has been competing in dance for about 13 years.

Leon has trained at Dance Stream Studio, through those connections in the competitive world, he had the opportunity to represent Team Canada Dance in 2018. Leon finished his studies in dance at Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2024.
